The issue with the hot water was probably only temporary and easy to fix.

Great location. Easy to find. Great wifi.

Bad hot water flow to the shower/bath.

Despite the uncleanliness, I still felt comfortable because of the friendly atmosphere.

I could use the kitchen and had a space in the fridge for my food.

The shower was clogged, the water was in the tub and drained very slowly. The shelf in the room was not clean, I found dust and hair in it and had to clean it myself first

Good

The bed was big and comfy.

A bit of a tired place. The bath didn’t work completely and the blinds kept falling off the wall. The communal kitchen was old and in need of a good clean and some care and attention. I think we could have done better for the money we paid.

Punta Arenas short stop

In the first room we had problems, but even though it was 11 pm, the lady fancy to help us and we changed room. In the new room there was spacious bed and big bathroom. The breakfast as seen in the pictures should be several things to choose from, but we had scrambled eggs and 2 toasts. It was good. The personnel is very friendly and helping - they allowed us to check out 30 minutes after deadline check out.

Our first room seemed like jt was not cleaned before we came. In the second room, everything was ok. The breakfast was different than what i expected by photos on booking, but it was ok.

Not recommended.

The location is good if you are just passing through and we could park inside of the gate.

The room was in adjacent building that cannot have been built by a professional builder as everything was uneven and the floors were squeaking. Suddenly water was leaking through the sealing down on the bed. The bed had bugs that made bloody stains on the sheets, probably blood from previous guests. We were given another room. It had a jacuzzi with no plug and only cold water.

The people were friendly.

The yard and pathway to the back building is a disaster with broken tiles and trash around and the metal staircase up to the room is steep and dangerous.

Quite bad, could be 15 or 20$ cheaper, very off putting; booked another room closer to the center after the first night.

The TV was gigantic and had netflix; the remote was broken, had low power mismatched batteries. The staff was overall nice, for Chile.

Felt like they dont clean properly; the tub/jacuzzi whatever it is was a bit disgusting and didnt feel confortable using it, they also use this weird incredibly cheap soap for guest and it smells horrible, vouldnt use it, there was a roll of toilet paper used up to 3/4 which doesnt even seem logical; there was a melanin bedside drawer with water rings on it, missing one of the three handles and felt like it was going to break from looking at it; there is a makeshift hair salon (station?) right at the “front desk” which felt incredibly displeasing and off putting; the bed gave me allergies as soon as i took off the duvet; the backyard where the “private” rooms are at seems like an abandoned derelict house, honestly it felt like the beginning of a horror move, the entire place and made me feel very uncomfortable, dirty and even unsafe, had booked for two nights and could barely stay for one, and must have spaced out due to work and didnt read the reviews. Very Very budget stay but with all the mess should be 20$ cheaper; it also has very thin walls and i was woken up four times whenever i tried to sleep by staff talking…somewhere i tried to look but voices where just coming out of everywhere with no one in sight, very weird.

Great time. Would stay again.

Daisy and Jesus were very nice. The breakfast was simple, but they were able to accomodate my dietary restrictions. The building appears to have had minor damage perhaps from a recent earthquake. But the beds and livingroom furniture were very comfortable, and the view over the city and harbor very nice. And the large grape arbor in the center greenhouse was in fruit -- just lovely and delicious!

The jets in the jacuzzi tub weren't working.

Comfortable accommodation that makes you feel at home in Punta Arenas

Daisy made me feel at home immediately. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was filling.

The room could get stuffy and hot in the afternoon; it might've been helpful to have a fan.

Seems that they are trying to renovate the place and it’s a bit understaffed. However the hosts are very nice and the place is nice and has a lot of potential. They can definitely improve the cleanliness but I guess is part of the changes they are doing.

Hostess was nice and bed was fine

The breakfast was only 1 whitebread tosti, nothing else. We would've expected more, e.g. more bread/fruits/cereals. The rooms are equipped with big TVs, the rest of the house furniture is quite basic or missing. Would've been better if house was made more cosy with other things than just TVs.

Walking distance to bus terminal and city, ok when you have to stay at Punta Arenas. Wifi was working.

Place has unused potential, it looks like it has been nice but now it is run down. Reception/breakfast area is rund down, tools around the yard, old fridge. Although they have new mattresses. They also have brand new TV's but it is weird to put money on TV's when the overall experience otherwise has so many lacks.

The staff was absolutely great, very helpful and attentive to our needs, thank you Deisy!

There was no table or chairs in the large family room in which we stayed and the cleaning can be much better, we dropped a container under the bed and had to take a shower after recovering it. We understood the hostel is understaffed
